Weird things happening on my game
- the game has been stuck on level 143 for the longest time. Even after updating nothing new appears. Maybe there are no new levels?
- me previous past levels have been "downgraded" by showing that I have not finished some episodes in the level. How is it even possible to pass a level if I didn't finish the episode? Among others, level 136 & 137 has especially been effected.
- My earned boosters just disappear overnight. Having received a scepter by taking part in "the which is better" is not there anymore - among others.
- Just as well I am not spending money on the game anymore, because this is just not right.
What to do, dear Solitaire Pyramid Team? It is such a nice game to play 🤷

@sheshell Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date, if playing via an internet browser please clear the cache and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this rectifies your issue
If this does not work you may need to uninstall the game but you will lose any stored boosters and lives
Also note game is no longer supported on mobile and level 185 if the last level for Facebook, mobile devices have over 2000 levels

If you have playing this game on Facebook, unfortunately their team has no longer to be released new levels on Facebook. But you can save your progress and continue playing new levels on this game with mobile devices or Windows 10. 😉
When you miss receiving booster from events, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Prizes not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
