Don't worry! You tried to follow these troubleshooting steps here (Apple) (I hope haven't this happens! 😊) 

⚠️ NOTE ⚠️

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

I was wondering how old is your iPhone? Make sure your iPhone is up to date with the newest software which should be 14.4.2. Also make sure the game it self is up to date in the app center. 👍
