So, I've got new information from the game team: the players who lost their levels should have the fix in place now or in the next hours. However, there is a test going on that will make some players see a different last level. This is a test and there's nothing we can do about it, I'm afraid. That can be the reason why we're still getting reports today.

Regarding the Boosters: if they had been purchased, please tell players to contact the Player Support team using the button in the game; if they were won and not bought, there's nothing we can do. 😓

So I restarted episode 150, and levels are marked with the power previously used to win :

I have lost 120 games! was on 3275 (the last episode they added over 2 weeks ago) and now stuck on 3155...

@teresawallace44 - Thanks for the info Teresa. I had two updates but they brought no improvement. I've been thrown back to Episode 207, Level 3155 even though I finished and posted Episode 213 two weeks ago. Which level are you on? 🧐 - Page 24 — King Community
