Please contact customer support from your game profile. You will need your game ID located at the top of your profile by double tapping the word “King”. Send that along with your email address and they will get back to you through your email. Please give it a couple of days for a response.

How about you tried these steps (Purchase Issue/Problem) first that I hope this helps. 😊

If it's still not worked, like Teresa answers you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they help you but it taken longer.
