Hi,

why is it kicking me out of the game
I have reached 5200 up level and suddenly the game starts throwing me out?I can't log in at all.  my phone is samsung galaxy s20 ultra

Hi,

I have updated the game but it still throws me out.I can't open it at all for 3 days.give me a link to restore my dop.if i disable the game and install it again i lose everything boosters:(

Hi @ralito111 Welcome to our community.

I'm sorry you can't open your game. It seems to be the same problem I had here: crashing-issues. I had no choice but to uninstall and reinstall the game. I didn't really want to do it because I lost all the boosters as a result. 

I'm afraid you have to go the same way as me, so reinstall the game. Please contact technical support from the game to get some replacements for your lost boosters. Or use this link HERE.
