Not had a problem for years using the same phone, but recently the game has repeatedly lost jokers etc. It even tried to start me on level 1!
Any body know why?
Had there been a recent update?
Same here, king won't help just asking for screenshots. Not possible if everthing is gone.

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your boosters.
It actually happened to me last December on a regular basis that my boosters disappeared. It always happened when I was logged out of the game. At that time I reported the problem and it was fixed (I think in January 2023). Since then it hasn't happened to me as long as I didn't have to reinstall the game.
Can you please tell me your device spec (iOS or Android) and the version (Android 11.0 for example). Then we can find out if your device is still supported.
Also, please check your device to see how much free memory you have. You need at least 2 GB of free memory. Too little memory sometimes causes the app to stop loading or there is no (or not enough) space to save boosters. Unfortunately, the game is very sensitive about free memory (I unfortunately found this out last week when I saw my jokers on an older device but couldn't use them).
Thanks for responding back. That is weird that it is just rewards. I am going to as our wonderful @DieOmimi if she has had that every happen to here. Lets see what she says 💕
Tried this already, problem still persists.
Strangely the phone always remembers were I am up to in levels, but the rewards (jokers, extra cards etc) periodically vanish.
Hi @Jefffers , lets just do a reset on your phone. Please log out of your game, turn off your phone. then in a bit turn your phone back in and log back into your game. 💕

Hello, Recently, the game has been crashing several times after logging in. This morning, I noticed that all of my HELPFUL HINTS, BONUS JOKER, SCEPTER OF POWER, and EXTRA CARDS I collected are gone. Please check and restore the bonuses. Best regards and waiting for the error to be fixed
Why cant I acces my profile? I was so much further before I purchased a new phone
my game randomly quit in the middle of playing last night. When I restarted all my boosters have disappeared!! How can I fix this?

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone. I am attaching what they originally gave me, but I did use a lot of them, not sure how many, but I am hoping there is a way to get these back…
