Receiving lives & rewards
I live in Margate, Kent U.K. when home I am unable to receive lives or rewards but as soon as I move out of the area a few miles away I am able to receive lives & rewards. Have you any explanation for this because it’s extremely annoying and I might delete the game because of it.

Hi, that has something to do with the wifi at home. Please check that. Maybe you are getting a weak signal 🤗 You might want to reboot your wifi and make sure it has a strong signal 😊
