hi, I logged in usin facebook acc to the game and I lost all people who I colud send lives to and receive lives from. How can I get them back? Thanks in advance
Hi and welcome to the Pyramid community. You need to do a soft reset on your phone. Log out of your app (Do Not Delete the App) turn your phone off and in about 10 seconds turn your phone back on. Log into your game with your password and your email. If the game is still on Level 1, play that level and then do the soft reset again. It should then be on the correct level.

Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
