I know how and where to log in but I can't says connection error try again later. I have checked my connection and strong. They emailed a response and I tried it all doesn't work. My last chance is to uninstall and reinstall the game. But if I do I loose all my bonuses I earned. This happened to me with all the king games I play. I did the unistall and reinstall on them and it fixed it but I lost stuff. All this happened after update and yes I am updated at Google play. Help!!!!!

I totally understand your frustration! I personally play on my iPhone, so I donβt know if that is a problem with google play in particular. Since itβs happened with all your King games, I would reach out to their tech support to see if the can help you. I hope that if you do have to reinstall you get to keep your bonuses!

Have you tried just login out of your game then login back in? What type of device are you using? PC, mobile like iPhone or iPad or another device. If youβre on mobile maybe you could power off the device then power back on (reset). Make sure you clear your cookies and cache on your device. π
