Samsung S9 + phone problem

I play on my ipad all works fine, i also used to be able to play on my samsung S0+ phone until like 2 months ago. My Ipad works great asi win it proceeds as it should I play thru facebook. I also play on my samsung phone, last 2 months it doesn't update to the levels i won on ipad thru facebook. The phone, facebook all are updatedto latest releases and phone is logged into facebook account that ipad is on via facebook. Can anyone help me as to why the phone pyramid app will not show progress from ipad. I tried KIng, i got canned answers none worked ie: update phone, facebook etc still not working. I also delted app and reinstalled nothing.. but if i win a level on phone it pregresses just doesnt update via facebook. Thanking you in advance.

    Hi @Chair70, welcome to the Community!

    Sometimes when playing on 2 devices yet progress is not synchronized & thus show on a different Levels on each device. This is an account synchronization issue between your devices and is usually easily fixed. 

    Things to check : 

    • Do you have a data/internet connection on both devices? Make sure you don't have Airplane Mode on and have a signal, so it can write your progress to your profile. If it can write your progress to your profile, all devices should see this.
    • Try the following on the device which shows the incorrect level: 
      • Log out of your Facebook/King account via the Settings menu.
      • Close the game down
      • Turn your device off for 10 seconds and then switch it back on again.
      • Reopen the game and log back into Facebook.

    Here's some extra info that might help you ⤵️


    🔸Use either a King or a Facebook profile to easily switch between devices & access your game progress and Gold Bars wherever you play (boosters & extra lives, however, are always stored locally on the device you received them on, so they won't move across devices).


    • There is a King profile option in your settings menu. Look out for the 'Sign-up with email' prompt, and you can keep your social media separate from your gaming, but still benefit from thousands of other King players who can send you lives.  
    1. Open your game on the old device & choose the 'Sign up with email' option.
    2. Now choose an avatar & nickname. 
    3. Then enter your email address & choose a password.
    4. Open the game on your new device, choose the 'Already have a King account/login with email' option using the email address & password you just saved. 


    • If you have a Facebook profile follow these steps: 
    1. Open the game on your old device.
    2. Click on the blue Facebook Connect button (make sure that you have Facebook active on your device & that you're linking to the right profile).
    3. Open the game on your new device.
    4. Click on the blue Facebook Connect button, enter your Facebook email & password.


    🔸 Sync your progress between Facebook, mobile & King.com so if you switch platforms, you can easily do so without having to start the Game again.

    1. Go to the King website at King.com
    2. Log in using your King profile (you can create a new King profile if you don't already have one).
    3. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon.
    4. Select ‘Account’.
    5. You will be prompted to confirm your password.
    6. Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ & then enter your Facebook login information.
    • Once this is completed, your progress will be updated across all King Games on King.com.

    Welcome to the Community! Didn't the steps provided by our @frenioz00 solve the problem?

    There is currently a problem to sync the level between platforms, and the Studio is looking for a solution but hasn't found it yet. I'm afraid if those steps provided didn't work, you're experiencing this issue.

    Unfortunately, I cannot tell you when it will be fixed, and I hope you can accept our apologies for the inconveniences.

    I'll update the Community as soon as we have more news on this. 😊
