How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

Besides the abovementioned suggestion, please exit from the game, turn off your WIFI/data in your device, wait for few secs or more, then turn back on the WIFI/data in your device, access the game and try playing. Also, please make sure the internet connection in your area is stable and your line is not cut-off etc.
Do let us know if such issue still persist and provide us the details of the device you are using to play e.g. mobile/PC and the model to enable us to further diagnose the issue.
