Game is not starting up anymore
Hello, since almost two weeks the game is not loading anymore, when i hit the Pyramid icon the game shows the King logo and then it crashes.
I did all the know troubleshooting already, like clearing cache, etc, etc and nothing is working. I am not going to reinstall because i loose my boosters then.
I also see a view comments from other players with the same issue, in the Google Play Store.
I play on a Galaxy Tab S2 (SM-T813) and i have the latest Android/Software update. Android 7.0 with version T813XXS2BGS1/T813PHN2BSB1/
I also have the latest Pyramid version 1.113.1
I hope you can check if there is maybe an issue with the game on these divides.

Don't worry! How about you tried to follow these another troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue here (Android) or here (Apple) that I hope this helps! 😉
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.
If it's still not worked to follow these steps above, please let us know! 😉

Thanks for the reply! I already did all those steps. Nothing is working. And I'm not going to reinstall the game (yet), then i loose all the boosters.
Any idea when we can expect a new update? Maybe that helps.

If you done all the steps to fix your game except for uninstalling and reinstalling then contact customer support from within your game or click the link at the bottom of this page “Contact Us”.
I know there has been players with this problem and it has been fixed with new updates to the game. Keep checking for new updates 👍

I will try Contact Us then as i cant do it via the game.
Or i just wait for a new update from the game in the Play Store. Maybe then the game starts again and wont crash.
