I am sorry you are having this problem. It is a Facebook problem not King. It does say that they are working on it. So please have patience. I know that is hard when you are wanting to play, so hopefully it will get fixed soon💕

Hello, Recently, the game has been crashing several times after logging in. This morning, I noticed that all of my HELPFUL HINTS, BONUS JOKER, SCEPTER OF POWER, and EXTRA CARDS I collected are gone. Please check and restore the bonuses. Best regards and waiting for the error to be fixed

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone.
