Been getting that message for almost a week now. I can't make any purchases either and the wifi icon in the lower right of my screen just shows a spinning icon and never reconnects. I am on an Android phone S20+ have tried to connect just on wifi, mobile data, and Hotspot, nothing is working. I have not tried uninstalling/reinstalling
Any help or suggestions would be great!
Hi I am sorry you are having this problem.
First check you have no pending updates
Select the cog wheel bottom left of the game start up screen you should see profile or connect if you see connect it will mean you are not connected and no progress will be being saved so please select and follow the instructions
Your cache could be full, so go to your device settings menu select apps and clear the game cache
Check you haven't got to many other apps open at once
Log out and leave your device off for a moment or two, then log back in with your email and password.
Hopefully this will reset things for you 💓

Well I did try and at first it didn't change anything but I did a force stop then when I went I to the game I went to my profile from the first page, a d it had a choice to log out, which never came.up before, so I logged out and tried logging back in and WALLAH!!! I am back in and connected!

Please do not uninstall. Yes you will loose all of your boosters.
