Lost boosters

Hello.

I try to collect my boosters but they always disappear. I didn't change my phone and I didn't do anything else.It's really annoying!

Yes, that must be annoying!! I'll be glad to help you so that you can enjoy your Boosters again . Can you please give us more information? Do they disappear as soon as you collect them? Do they show up in the game and then disappear?

I ve lost all the booster collected till 2 days ago...simply disappeared...

Hello.

They were show up in the game and 2-3 days later they disappeared and unfortunately I realized that I couldn't send lives for the other players.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!

By any chance, did you delete and reinstall your game OR change the device you are using? If so, that would be the reason for you to loose all your collected boosters.

If that is not the reason, please post back and let us know. You can simply type your reply in the comment box given below.

Did you get the boosters into your game OR are they still missing?

Hi, no I didn't change device or delete/reinstall the game. I used my facebook account as normal and after trying to send life ther was (if i remember correct) a connection error then the boosters disappeared.
