@debfay55 and @arvma51 , you two seem to have the same problem: could you please send me a screenshot? Here you see how to take a screenshot and here how to send it to us.
@yass78 , @adestazio and @CML999 , can you please make sure you've got the latest update:
-On mobile or tablet, simply go to the game page in your app store and make sure the latest version is installed. If you already have the game open, please also fully close it down and start it again.
-On Facebook/King.com, you only need to close and reopen your browser and restart the game
