after the android app immediately closing when opened i managed to get it sorted now that its sorted the app has sent me back to level one does anyone know how i can get my levels back that i have had for a few years please

can anyone tell me what is causing pyramid solitaire saga to crash
on my android tablet this game is opening then closing/crashing immediately can anyone explain what is causing this 16/03/2023 i have updated everything on my android cleared the cache on the tablet and on the game but still no luck someone said uninstall and reinstall but i am afraid to do this in case i lose my progress…

Completed a level multiple times still fail
I'm on level 5427 and have completed it multiple times, however the progress never goes past the first star so I keep failing. Please fix this, it's absolutely ridiculous.

Trouble opening pyramid solitaire sage
Is anyone having trouble with pyramid solitaire sage loading all of the way? Mine says that it is 100% loading and won't go any further. I have removed the app and installed it again, but still get the same thing happening. Ideas?
