Hi, I am currently playing 917, but every time I get to the purple cards, the game freezes. I tried starting the game anew, starting my phone again, made sure the game is all updated and everything. Any idea what I can do?

What makes boosters simply disappear?
I know that if I uninstall and reinstall, the boosters are lost as they are stored on the device, but I am at a loss as to why they should suddenly disappear when I have definitely NOT uninstalled.
