Hello @kgreene9 quite a lot of people are suffering from the same issue. You have tried the one thing that has worked for some, so I am sorry to say all you can now do is contact King Player Support.

Hello @suuhmuniz please do not delete your game. There is no need and you will lose all of your saved boosters and lives. The issue with level 1881 and 1882 should now have been fixed and all you have to do is update your app.

Anyway it is also completely unrelated to the discussion at hand as you cannot play Candy Crush on those OS' and Facebook is its own platform. The fact that Microsoft allow users to continue to use Windows 7 & 8 without support but see fit to prevent users of older versions of Candy Crush from playing is the epitome of double standards.
