Hi @ElenaVorona, So this is not quite what happens. We do not restore the account itself, only the progress! As Raccoon and Magnolia4 has said, we can restore the progress (how many levels have been beaten) but not boosters.

Hi @malyofrosi1, Would you be able to explain a bit more of what you're asking? There's no way to earn money by playing Soda, however if you've made a purchase and want to request a refund you can contact Player Support by going in your game settings and pressing the "?" button.

Hi @mnbruno, I'm sorry to hear that! The boosters you have may disappear if you uninstall your game or login from another device. Is that perhaps what has happened to you?
