  • You say it is possible to restore the guest account. I've thought about this a lot. But I don't understand how this can be done.

I have a King account. If I lose my account, King can restore it using my email. Emails are unique, so they are the key to finding players in the database, as well as the player's ID.

If a player does not have a registered account and his smartphone malfunctions and the game disappears, then how will the Studio find him in the player database? This player is not registered, which means that it is impossible to find him using email. This player cannot log into his guest account, which means he cannot name it as ID.

There is one more nuance. Guest account in the form "king****" is an incomplete name of the guest account. These are just the last four digits. The full name of a guest account contains many more numbers. (8, 9 or 10. I don't remember how many. At first, the names of guest accounts in the list of team players were displayed in full. Later, these guest names began to be displayed with only the last four digits.) This means that even if the player remembers his four digits in the account type "king****", then this is not a unique name.

How can the Studio find exactly the account that belongs to this player among millions of nameless (guest) accounts?

I do not understand this. I hope you can explain this to me. Thanks in advance for your answer.

Thank you. I am not a tech wise and find it hard to understand, as much as I want to reason things.

I have not earnt some boosters from helping my team on "Bake a Cake" in the past few weeks. I have tried to screenshot, but it is difficult to record due to the nature of the event.

It has been a while since I contacted Player Support, I always understood progress can be reinstated but all boosters will be lost.

  • Player Support will always restore the progress even when someone didn't have a registered account. Just write them and tell what level were you on and they restore it, making a new default account.

  • Thank you very much for your answer.

    What if I'm a liar?

For example, I completed 900 levels with a guest account. And then I reinstalled the game and reported to support that I had lost my account. I told them that I completed 12900 levels and lost my account.

Will they give me a new guest account that will be at level 12900?

  • Hi @ElenaVorona,

So this is not quite what happens. We do not restore the account itself, only the progress! As Raccoon and Magnolia4 has said, we can restore the progress (how many levels have been beaten) but not boosters.

Hi @FluffyDinosaur. To me this still doesn't address the doubt about the integrity of the person claiming to have lost progress.

  • Hi CassD, the support team has a process to check what level the player was originally at and to prevent abuse.

Sorry to intervene but the primary concern of this post has gotten lost.

It has been claimed that bots exists in this game. Affirmation of its non-existence is needed as to preserve the integrity of the game and to pacify the doubts lingering in some of the players’ minds.

The proof that @ElenaVorona has provided here is just a conduit to the doubts that already existed before. There are unexplainable incidences from other features of the game that can contribute to these doubts.

    E.g., as an observation:

1.) Soda Race, a player coming from behind all of a sudden takes a lead where another player is 6 or more levels ahead, in a span of time it would take to complete one level

2.) 4 in a Row, players who are offline are able to tick a tile usually to block the last tile in a row to keep it uncompleted and left it hanging for days

3.) Weekly contest, a player can complete hundreds of levels also in a short amount of time

There are probably more incidences that other players have observed. Don’t you think explanations are needed here?

On another note, I don’t quite understand why in this case a player who reached a level almost close to the end, if his/her progress has been lost, would request to bring it back to that level where the accomplishments cannot be brought back and there are not many levels left to complete? What purpose would that serve?

If the said person is real, is his/her integrity really matter in the eyes of the King? How is it considered as an abuse if no loss to King has been incurred if what it's being asked is just reinstating the progress? The loss suffered lies on the player.

If it's a merged accounts then King has a resource to find out the identity of this player and can determine if cheating has indeed occurred.

    Regardless, explanations are needed.

    Peace 🙂
