I have the same problem.. no one is solving the problem. I have signed in and out AND uninstalled. Answered the questions asked by the so called assistant. Nothing 🤬

I had previously left a lot of detail but to no avail. Thank you for answering I have a Samsung 22 S. I think it's verison1.130.0 not really sure. The phone is new so I downloaded the app to my phone and then signed in to secure my progress on the new device. I know that the any boosters on my old device don't transfer.…

my boosters have been replaced by lock symbols.. they are not answering me as to why or how to fix it. very very frustrated
