Yeah, I am because the day I made a large purchase, King once again made the stupid choice to take away boosters for past levels, despite the fact that the thread on this topic before was the most active ever. I couldn't get a refund and I can't play the game the way I enjoy it. It would be nice if you would advocate for…
The reason I am furious at losing boosters for past levels is not that I need those boosters to win new levels. I got my enjoyment from the game playing a past level I really enjoyed and gaining as many boosters as I could. It is now literally impossible for me to play the level I enjoy the way I enjoy playing it.
I don't like crushing candies anymore after I paid a bunch of money for things and King stuck it to us by eliminating boosters for past levels. My enjoyment came from playing past levels with with boosters.
Right now people around the world are being encouraged to practice social distancing. People are skipping out on vacations, not going to bars and shopping centers, and staying home. Obviously, this means more time for home entertainment and recreation. Customers are furious at King for once again taking away Boosters for…
Still, you would think they would be sensitive about price gouging players during a worldwide epidemic. They could provide some small sense of comfort to people suffering through a lot of anxiety. Instead, they are contributing more anxiety.
I see King brought back the war on customers. We literally went through this whole thing a year ago and it was by far the most active and commented thread on here. It's very simple. I will not spend a penny on any of this company's products until they reverse this idiotic change. It was one thing for them to do it last…
Don't get me wrong, I am thrilled that it is back at least some of the times on some of the devices. But, I would like to see it be a fixed feature in the game on all devices. To me, it's the most fun part of the game.
I got it back on my iPad. As I promised during my vocal campaigning, I even dropped a few dollars on the game because of it (I hadn't dropped a cent since they got rid of it). However, I may have acted too soon as it is not available on my Mac.
I spoke too soon. I checked it out on my PC, I didn't even have a Build a Bot and on the iPad even if I beat a new level, I did not get the old Bot for past levels. Lame. This sucks.
Apparently there has been some progress. I guess that's a good thing. But, come on King: end the war on customers for good and just bring the old bot back all the time already!
It is sure nice of King to continue to ignore customers. The War on Customers continues. Bring back boosters for past levels, already. How many tens of thousands of views and hundreds of comments are needed until King stops ignoring customers. If the employees on here had any guts, they would walk into the developers…
Not well. After a long day, I was hoping King would fix this mess and give back Boosters for old levels. Unfortunately, the War on Customers continues.
You are probably right. If so, I will be long gone from the game by then. But, there is another way. The community manager contacts the supervisor of the developers and continues to push and go up the change until they fix this disaster. Passing along our comments are not enough. Insist.
I'm doing my part. I probably spent $100 in the period before they ruined it, now I refuse to spend a penny. And "No" is not an acceptable answer for them here. Look at the stats on this post. This is the strongest message fans have ever sent. How long can they continue to ignore their customers?
I was hoping we would start out the new week with news that they corrected the error in judgment in regards to boosters for previous levels. Instead the King "War on Customers" continues. Just keep ignoring all your players, King.
Yet another day has gone by with King ignoring its customers. In the meantime, I have started playing games on Playstation instead. At least I can rely on it without some 'developer' taking away the best part of the game once I get going. Still waiting on our community rep to march into the developers office and demand…
