Well, well! IT'S FINALLY WORKING! I checked for an update a little while ago today and it didn't pop-up. I'm like, you know, let's check again because Lola is so sure this time. It worked! I hope it stays that way. Finally, it worked! Thank you!

Lola_Pop, it's still not working. It's the same thing, the Wi-Fi icon on the bottom right is still searching for internet.

Nope! Not working. Now at least the wifi icon stopped spinning, after 3 weeks it has given up to an X.

I'm sorry, I keep replying to everyone as I'm sure you're all getting notified, but I'm hoping it would spam the devs also and they would ****ing look at this stupid page they've created especially for players to post their problems.

It's seems to be the consensus all around. We're all above 2027. I updated the game today, as they just released an update. I'm like maybe they fixed it and that's why they're silent. Nope. Just a horrible support "team".

Exactly. Like I said, their support is atrocious and with such a big name, as far as mobile games go, probably the worst. The game many times over took my rewards away from me when I'd pass a bonus round, and all they said was along the lines of "Are you sure?" and I replied and never got back anything. I don't think I'llβ¦

Same here. I haven't been able to connect on Pyramid Solitaire for the past 4 days. The wifi icon in the bottom right corner just keeps searching and the support team on this game are very unprofessional. I'm on level 2041, if anything affects that progress I'm uninstalling permanently.
