It's seems to be the consensus all around. We're all above 2027. I updated the game today, as they just released an update. I'm like maybe they fixed it and that's why they're silent. Nope. Just a horrible support "team".

Exactly. Like I said, their support is atrocious and with such a big name, as far as mobile games go, probably the worst. The game many times over took my rewards away from me when I'd pass a bonus round, and all they said was along the lines of "Are you sure?" and I replied and never got back anything. Same here. I haven't been able to connect on Pyramid Solitaire for the past 4 days. The wifi icon in the bottom right corner just keeps searching and the support team on this game are very unprofessional. I'm on level 2041, if anything affects that progress I'm uninstalling permanently.
