Hello @LindaHS76 , the screenshot you posted shows that you passed milestone level 20K in Candy Crush Saga, and you have received the badge for that accomplishment. However, the screenshot does not show you have passed level 21K. If you have already passed level 21K, please post a new screenshot to validate your progress.
