Hi Xarly! That worked! And I didn’t lose any levels! However, I lost all my boosters that I had been saving up for over 900 levels. :( I had over 30 free move cards and over 20 of the “breaker” boosters (the one that looks like a gold staff) can I get any help with any of that? 

It is still crashing. Should I delete the app?

Hi Xarly! I clicked on the link and it asks me to install the game. I click install and it takes me to the App Store. I click open, and it takes me to the app that crashes while on the orange screen. I was really far along in the game and had a ton of items saved up. :( I truly appreciate the help you all have given me so…

Is there another way to log into Kingdom other than the app? When I click on the app, it shows the orange screen for a fraction of a second and crashes. I can do nothing from the app itself.

Hi! I am trying to play on my new phone too. The old phone is gone already and the app crashes so fast that I can’t even get past the orange King screen. I tied logging in through Facebook, but it automatically takes me right back to my app that crashes. I can’t get around it.

Hi! I’ve tried updating my system, updating the app, and I even went out and bought a new iPhone 8plus (I needed a new phone anyway) in hopes that it would work...... to no avail. I’m REALLY far along in the game and don’t want to lose my progress. That’s why I haven’t uninstalled the game yet. Thank you!
