Ok you're on PC but does that mean you have the game installed directly or do you play through a browser on King.com/ Facebook?

You might need to reinstall in that case, but I wouldn't do that until you're sure your progress is safe and synced. So what's happening when you're trying to Sync to FB/ Kingdom, you getting some kind of error message or anything?

I just read your original post and you'r wording isn't very clear if I'm honest. You don't log into Candy Crush, you either open the game app from your desktop (if you have it installed) and connect to your Facebook/Kingdom account or you can play the browser version through Facebook/King.com where you're already signed in…

You'll need to get yourself logged into your Kingdom account on King.com. From there you'll find an option in your account settings to upload your own avatar.

No items transfer over. The only time you get can items credited to another device is if they were purchased and you provide receipts.

Since they're considered a premium item, there's very limited chance to win them. You're more likely to earn other rewards such as boosters by entering and completing special events and promotions.
