That depends, some events are platform specific and you also generally can claim rewards once from the same account even if playing on multiple devices, which makes sense otherwise it would give an unfair advantage to those who play on multiple devices to claim more boosters otherwise.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom previously, your progress and coins will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.
