I am now not able to connect on Candy Crush Saga in the exact same way! Lol While I'm still at my same level, when I try to login to my king account, I get the connection error, it doesn't connect for daily rewards, the store, etc. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Oh and both Pyramid and Candy are running the most recent versions.

Thanks for responding so quickly! I did all your steps except for clearing the cache. I could not figure out how to do it. I followed the directions on how to do it on an iPhone running my ios and there was no option for choosing to clear the cache like there used to be with my old iPhone.
