Go to the app store, but don't open the app. click on one of the pictures and it will give you an update button. Click on update and viola.

I solved the problem, I think….. I was moving my icon on the iPhone 6 to another page when I accidentally deleted it. I reinstalled the app from the app store and it started the game over from the beginning. I then went into the kingdom and logged out. +I too, am having the same problem. I use my iphone 6s to play and have reached the end of all available levels. Now I can't boot the game and i'm going be very unhappy if i can't continue. I have a lot of time invested. any help? I contacted support and am awaiting for an answer.
