You should provide more details and some screenshots may be helpful. My guess is you are trying to login to the App installed from Microsoft Store. Many players are also having problem to login this Windows App including me.

I played one old level just now and the Episode Race is back. Even my Facebook app also have it now.

Update. There is a new update for Windows CCS app today. My app on a laptop was updated today and it's now without Episode Race. My app on a desktop without the new update still has the Episode Race.

I have it on my Windows app and phone app but not the Facebook app. I was playing halfway on the Facebook app and realized that the episode race was missing last week. I switched to the Windows app and also phone app and found that the race was on. I can can see the race progress even though I did not played on those apps.
