Why are some of my levels and worlds grayed out that I’ve already done? I had to reinstall the game and of course lost everything but don’t understand why this happened.

You won’t get them back unless you paid for them! It’s ridiculous, I lost all of mine due to an update! This needs to be fixed where it saves these if you have to reinstall due to their error. Levels can be saved but not boosters seems a bit off to me, like it’s done on purpose to try to get you to pay.

I think it’s ridiculous that boosters can’t be stored like level progress! Played this game for years and never had to start from scratch like this.

I had a ton that I earned and they were gone with the update! It’s taking the joy out of playing especially when you’re in the harder levels. They need to find a way to store the booster information too so when there’s and up and you have to reinstall you don’t lose everything! maybe it’s punishment for those who don’t pay…

Store boosters earned on our account so when there’s a new update we don’t lose them all! have daily login bonuses like free boosters

Had to reinstall because of an update and their game not opening and lost them all! I had quite a lot but apparently since they aren’t one that were purchased they won’t help you out getting them back! Been playing for 9 years….

That’s pretty crappy that you can’t replace boosters that weren’t purchased due to your updates making us reinstall! I had so many and I’m in the 2500 levels where they are needed. I’m guessing this is done on purpose to get people to spend money in the game!
