This is what I saw when I opened the game today. I am completely offended that this person is allowed to have this name and photo on this game that is played by all kinds of people all over the world. I sent an e-mail to the company that included a screen shot. They responded with a guide on how to play the game! Apparently King is okay with promoting hate! I am disgusted that they have allowed this to be on their game. Please see screen shot below.

First things first, King is not ok with promoting hate!
If you want you can read the house rules!
However a player somehow managed to pass an user pic and a name that are not acceptable! It is possible to came here using a facebook account or a King account! Regardless the way that this player came here, he has violated the house rules!
You did well reporting this here! This way you help us!
About the mail you sent, where exactly did you send it? Maybe to some tech-support adress? It is possible this answer you got to be some general automated answer, if your question does not fit the object that this adress supports.

They did respond again and addressed my concerns. They said that they do not allow offensive things like that and will remove it. Unfortunately, that person is not only still on the board, but winning. I refuse to play the game and have that disgusting filth on my screen. It actually makes me sad that that person has so much hate and has to project it onto a fun and innocent activity like this game.

The only I can think is that there are technical difficulties on removing a player out of the leaderboard!
I suppose that after event's end, tomorrow, this user will disappear for ever!
Of course it is sad if this player who does not respect the house rules, win 1st position!
