Arena closed after purchasing 24 hour unlimited play

I purchased the 24 hour unlimited play for 49 gold bars and have not been able to access the arena and the timer continues to tick away from my purchased time. How do I receive credit for my purchase?

We can't handle purchase issues in the community, so please contact our Player Support team from within your game (go to the settings gear, click the question mark and select "Purchases and Gold Bars") and hopefully they can help you out!

I have contacted both King and Apple about this for months with no resolution. Sorry, but they’ll just take your money. 24 hour access does not carry over to the next arena. Ridiculous!

Purchases are unable to be dealt with directly in the forums but you can make an enquiry here. It's great if you can provide screenshots, your Player Id, which device & platform you are playing on (Facebook, Microsoft, Game App etc) and details on the issue.

You contacted King and Apple for months, but of course you have to know that Apple has nothing to do about RC and if it is not available.
About the issue in the first post by @SammiesUniqueFinds, who told that purchased 24 hours and then had not access to RC: The only way for this to be happened is if you buy unlimited and then Monday, the day off comes.....
