Still no RC arena..
This week is my first week writing in a forum and I got right into the closed rc arena forgetting to say hello to everyone for the first time.
I am extremely busy programming, doing inventory,designing advertisements, coupons, and upcoming sale banners etc. and packing and shipping PLUS believe it or not I still find time to personally reply to my customers questions and concerns, this is just a VERY short list of my daily job.
This RC inconvenience is making it really hard to get anything done. Maybe I should send King all my customer complaints from late orders.
I am a web developer for my E-Commerce websites and shopping apps, not game websites or game apps, but I assume they are quite similar as far as programming goes. I personally don't understand why they are taking so long.
One of their biggest mistakes was during the new sign up process, accounts were being set up through Facebook and Facebook only. In other words you don't have a king account for rhe crush apps persay unless you signed up with your email from the start and not through Facebook.
They should have programmed it so you could sign out of Facebook on your Candy Crush Apps and sign in with your email without losing all your progress coins etc. But since they are not linked that way Good luck!

Hi
I have received an email stating that I can no longer access the arena and to look out for something new. I am receiving lots of conflicting information one minute its a technical problem the next its not. Strange how the people who run this game don't know why some players can access the arena and others cant.

I change my phone on Friday last week and since then my arena is closed ? Why is that ? And have I something to do to make it open ?

I’m able to play it by signing in through Apple with a new profile but that’s not working for everyone. I just hope they can get it fixed because I have over 200 of each booster saved up on my Facebook profile that I can’t access. Really sucks.
