Thanks for checking! So based on how the feature works, the bonus lives are only awarded if the level is successfully completed. If the level wasn’t passed, unfortunately those lives don’t get added.
It’s a little unclear in the wording, so I totally get the confusion and it’s something we’ve already shared back with the team as feedback 💬💜

In that case, I feel that feature is useless, Kelly🤔 (Sorry!)
We need that extra life only because we are out of lives - as we kept losing the level! If we win the level, there is no need of that gift as our lives will not become 0!
So, if Tiffi is not giving us that life, what is even the point in fishing it for us? Also same with 30 minutes’ boosters - if we do not have a life in hand and have to wait for the life to be refilled, those boosters to go to a waste too!! Isn’t it?

You're right that if a player’s out of lives, getting rewarded only after winning the level doesn’t feel super helpful and I totally understand how that makes the feature feel a bit… pointless.Especially when you’re trying to hold onto progress or use timed boosters efficiently.
This is exactly the kind of perspective that helps the team see how it feels from the player’s side, not just how it functions “logically.” I’ve already shared your feedback, and I’ll make sure this part of it - the whole "what's the point if I need a life to win a life?” is passed along too 😉
