I always have a question about "merged account" issue! What is the "correct" procedure for the players to contact you guys?
I believe that, this player's account is merged with his wife's account (waiting for details)!In general, they should create a new account and then, should contact you directly from game App. Then, you will be able to restore their game progress, right? Or did I miss something?
Since you guys are here, I thought of asking for detailed procedure (first hand information😁)🤩Thank you in advance💜

If the player does come back, I think we can ask them to provide a bit more detail, specifically, what purchase they’re referring to and why they believe it was overcharged. That said, any billing-related issues need to be handled by the payment provider directly (like Google Play Store, Apple iTunes, etc.), as they're the ones who process the actual transactions.
So in this case, it’s best to advise the player to reach out to their provider first, as we’re unfortunately not able to intervene on payment processing issues from our side.

I don’t think player was having any issues with the payment but, is complaining about high prices! I saw couple of posts in FB as well. And some players commented that it is the affect of “Tariffs”… (I didn’t want to say that in the Community 😅)

I think they do know about Star Tournament as they mentioned “difficulty of the advanced levels”🤔
The response they received from “Jumpery” does not really answer their question as the suggestion was to take part in the Tournament next year!

Just a quick heads-up in case players ask… the Volcanic Panic event was supposed to go live today but didn’t go live as expected.
Some players might have received a popup announcing that the event was starting however, due to a technical issue, the event didn’t actually go live as planned but the team is working on getting it out soon!
If you see players mentioning this, please advise them that due to a technical issue, it unfortunately didn't go live in the game as expected but we're working on it and to keep checking the game.
You can also let them know that the event might not appear right away and they should complete their current episode first to check if it shows up.
We’re keeping an eye on it and will follow up if anything changes! Let me know if you spot any trends.
