For one thing I am fed up of Support sending players here for help. No one here can do anything other than offer advice, so sending people here is more often than not a waste of time for everyone concerned.

It is also disappointing to read because not one day goes past without King creating issues in their own game by not paying attention to how their updates are causing issues in the game that they then don't bother to fix.

Your issue is a classic example of King not taking care of their updates. An issue similar to what you describe occurred last year and it would not surprise me if King have undone the fix they introduced or just broken the fix due to other problems they have recently introduced to the game.

An issue similar to this affects players at the end of the map, but yours can't be that issue as you are only at level 3629, so there isn't a lack of recordings to blame.

Try playing the next Episode Race you start offline. When you get to the last level of the Race connect to your WiFi and then complete the last level

Sign out of your game, restart your device and the sign back into your game. Play a level and see if that helps.

Clear you app cache, or offload your app if you play on iOS. Do not clear your app Data.

Clear your browsing history. Don't try this if you don't know all of your passwords.

If you have only received an automated reply from Support then that isn't your answer from support it is just an acknowledgement of your contact. Wait 72 hours and if you haven't heard anything more reply to that email stating your problem again and that you require the support of an agent.

Hi @hypernullx Welcome to the Community 🤗 I think the majority of us are in the Community after Player Support couldn't/wouldn't help and sent us a link to join and ask.

The race flag has been a problem for many of us in the past, sadly there's no sensible answer to it. Sometimes if it doesn't show after two levels I close the game then re-open and it works. Other times it just keeps saying you need to pass the next level all the way through the episode.

So sorry, that's no a lot of help, but at least you know it isn't just you it happens to. Good luck and hope you get it on your next episode 🤞
