Hello @Bighead9635, I got some feedback from our Game Experts:

Based on experience you might be receiving the correct amount of Pins, but some of them might be duplicates of Pins already in your collection. New pins are usually indicated by a "New" label and are added to your Pin collection. In contrast, duplicates automatically become sparks, making it look as if not all of the Pins were added, even though they actually were added.

Did you know that use the additional sparks earned to buy even more pin packs and increase your odds of obtaining the missing Pins in your collection?

Also, try to avoid clicking on anything other than the (X) after the countdown expires.

I once lost a 900-strong win streak at Level 2532 by accidentally clicking Get, causing my browser or the Play Store to load, and then causing my game to reload.

Thanks for replying. I have never received the heart booster. They either give me a fish or the wheel. The fish are helpful, but nothing like the hand switch. Hopefully, if enough people ask to bring it back, they will help us players by responding!

I am currently at 12 rewards, with the two fishes replacing the two hands. Some reported they only have 11 or even 10 left, and even had their lollipop hammers reduced.
