Whenever I win Pins, I never receive the correct amount. I am always shorted and it makes it more difficult complete! So frustrating… Makes me want to stop playing!🤬
Hello @Bighead9635, I got some feedback from our Game Experts:
Based on experience you might be receiving the correct amount of Pins, but some of them might be duplicates of Pins already in your collection. New pins are usually indicated by a "New" label and are added to your Pin collection. In contrast, duplicates automatically become sparks, making it look as if not all of the Pins were added, even though they actually were added.
Did you know that use the additional sparks earned to buy even more pin packs and increase your odds of obtaining the missing Pins in your collection?
