Hi @stella426 that's really strange. I'm not having any problems collecting DDS rewards in my game.
Are you playing as a logged-in user (logged in with email and password or via Facebook)?
Have you also tried force-closing all apps and restarting your device?

yes very strange! I did check my store for updates and I did update, I cleared storage and cache and I think it was called deleting web something or other. I followed all instructions from a different post and nothing. It still sits there unopened and surrounded is no help at all.

Then follow the Chat With Us option, you can then reach out to Player Support to obtain help with your reward by sending the information you just did to ensure that your receive a reply as soon as possible.

I am sorry to hear that you have not gotten this feature for this long.
As you may know the game studio usually run test with these features that may cause them not to be available permanently and perhaps alternate with different challenges instead which is why you are no longer seeing the feature at the moment. Unfortunately there is no timeframes when the features alternate which is why despite all this time it has not returned
However make sure to keep your app updated as it is possible in the future for the features to have a different feature instead.

or when you say close the app, do you mean sign out of King and then sign back in or uninstall the app and then reinstall
Re: Houston, we have a problem. I changed some settings on Facebook and now I can’t connect my account.
I think I made yet another mistake by posting this as off-topic, because I can’t see it anywhere else.
