According to her records, she had 3 tickets at most. Perhaps she had the only one FREE ticket, so you have a chance to win the gold bars once this event pops up. Collecting more tickets JUST increases the chance.

In my group, a player passes an episode earning 5 tickets. One ticket per three levels.

However, I would like to share a reflection regarding the synchronization of my account. My game level was correctly restored to 19,579. I find it difficult to understand how the system was able to perfectly recover such an advanced level but not the corresponding gold bar balance, which was 5,920.

Receiving 1,000 bars means recovering only about 17% of what I had accumulated over many years of play. While I understand there might be technical limitations, the fact that my level was correctly synchronized proves that my profile data was successfully retrieved. I kindly ask if you could make an additional effort to bring my gold bar balance closer to the original amount, as the discrepancy between the level achieved and the bars restored is quite significant.
