I need help retrieving my account
Hi , i need help I can’t retrieve my account iv had for more than 10 years. Iv changed phones more than 3 times in these 10 years but i was able to continue with it, i used facebook logins , But now now i cant and i dont think il start afresh. I need your help please

Advertisement with ZERO options to exit
Candy Crush All Stars: Advertisement for Google Gemini does NOT have a close option (no “X” anywhere).
Lost progress for gold bar challenge (21 levels for 1500 gold bars). Was currently at 14 levels and had 63 gold bars when I had to close App to clear this Ad. Same Ad has done this at least 5 (FIVE) times before.

As I have said @michimune the reason I advise people not to change their clocks is that it is something that has been said to cause the Event to go missing.
Unfortunately a lot of the old posts have been archived, so I can't point you in the right direction now.
Because it is something that we have spoken about over the years I will always advise people not to change their clocks during an Event.
Feel free to advise people otherwise if you like

Well, it's not happened to me since. It's not happening in All Stars. I think during the Winter Cup there were some glitches in the game that caused some players to lose the event which have since been fixed by King. There were other reports of this happening at the time.
The clocks go forward in Europe at 2am @michimune . This will NOT impact the time we have until the round finishes. I cannot follow your logic at all in this worry you have about European players losing one hour of play. It makes absolutely no sense. Every player starts playing at exactly the same real time and finishes the round at exactly the same real time. The time set on our devices or on our cuckoo clocks at home do not come into this. Why would anyone in Europe be disadvantaged?
However I think I do understand the point you are trying to put across but it is way too complicated and irrelevant to anyone. Of course anyone who chooses to NOT use the automatic time function of their devices would have to manually adjust the clock the next morning, in the same way that we adjust our cuckoo clocks the next morning after clocks go forward. It would be daft not to: We use our phones for all manner of other things than playing Candy Crush! If you had your phone set wrong when you get up on Monday morning the least of your worries would be that you might be kicked out of All Stars. You could be late for work or miss an important appointment!
You really are complicating matters unnecessarily here.
Re: Tournament does not show anymore
Yes, I have tried everything, but it has disappeared totally from the game, as if there was no tournament at all. At first I could see blue candies in the background showing the tournament theme but after updating the game the theme has changed to the normal, he one usually we used to see. No sign of the tournament. I was playing very well, on top of the group way ahead. 😔. I want to get back into the game. This is not fair if the update has to do something with it and get players out of the tournament.
