I would suggest rather than remove the app altogether: Wait until the Spearmint Snowstorm event is over. After that the level will change to a different version which may be easier or at least may be possible to pass, which I know that some of the Spearmint Snowstorm levels are not. By the way, if the level changes to a dragon egg version, that is a glitch players see if they play the same account on two separate devices. In fact if you look closely you will see it's exactly the same level but with different graphics. There are about 8 days left for this event. Once it's finished the game may become playable again. So I suggest you stop playing for a week and try log in again on Monday 19th January.
