Ahh so it's a Spearmint Snowstorm level, never had it, and I'm guessing that's a good thing 🙃
This is a Spearmint Snowstorm level, as we can see from your screenshot. Those are impossible to pass in many cases and there have been many other complaints. The event will terminate at the end of next week, so you won't see this level after that time. It will be replaced again by the normal version of the level on January 19th.

I searched for that on YouTube @ymoller to see if I could find it. As I'm sure you know King change levels around every now and again. So I looked all through the 15 levels in that Episode, but no, like you I couldn't find it. I even tried levels before and after the Episode 10955 is at the end of and again no luck. So it seems the style of the level has been changed, sorry guess it's just another one of King's changes. Good luck hope you pass it soon 🤞
