Your ads don’t let you push X when they’re finished.
If I don’t pass a level, I sometimes watch ads to get a few extra moves. But your Sudoku ad and some others have the “X” so high on the screen and so far to the right…That I can’t push the X when the ad is over!
The X is positioned too far above my phone screen, so I lose all my progress! Since I can’t push X, I have to get totally out of candy crush and go back in. All of my progress on that turn is gone and I have to start over!
Please fix this!! Make sure each ad’s X appears fully on a phone screen and it can be pushed.

I scored 20,000 points on the entire level and almost made it to the finish line, and it is cool, and no matter if you win or lose, it's all about having fun.😀

The rewards are not being delivered, and the candies are not forming during the game.

I am not sure what you mean by the candies aren't forming and you will have to define which rewards you are referring to.

I am using a Samsung A54. I do not have this problem with Candy Crush Soda, just Saga. I do not know what other troubleshooting to try in order to get to the store to make purchases
