Forced to replay a beaten level???
I beat level 10391 with like 13 moves left (it’s a super easy level, and I had boosted candy bombs), and then I closed the app. When I returned to continue playing, Candy Crush did not acknowledge the win and took away my win streak and boosted Candy bombs! WTH? This is not the first time this has happened, and I’m tired of it! Anyone else?

Hi,
I am playing the Candy Crush All Stars 2026 event, but the new event-exclusive music is not playing on my device. I can only hear the old regular background music.
I have already updated my game and checked the sound settings. Can you please help me fix this?
Re: I have not seen the daily wheel for a couple of days? The booster wheel is there, but not the other.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a glitch with the Booster wheel in your game! Is the timer odd only on the booster wheel or any other events as well?
Which device are you using? Can you post a screenshot of your game map for me?

hey guy so my game keeps freezing. I already deleted the app and downloaded it twice. I am getting annoyed because it’s All Stars and it’s costing me lives and opportunity for advancement. Is anyone else having this issue? What can I do. Help!

Thank Alianscar, I sent the email on Monday and it's been 5 working days til now. Just reminded them again, hope they will respond
I hope they do as well @Valencia1234_ from what I have read it is a really painful progress dealing with Player Support. As I said please don't expect too much at this time as they all go home at the weekend
@QueenB is there any chance you could give Support a nudge for Valencia?
