I can’t find help for this - google ad too big for iPhone screen to allow me to close out. Have to restart phone every time to reset and then loose spot in game. Please help!!!!

I have used the day to run some speed tests and have found generally I take longer to play each episode than I did pre All Stars, even using boosters generously. I find that both strange and disturbing. I take between 16 - 19 minutes per episode today, depending on the level range, and produce an hourly score of around 6700 for the most part. Is that good enough? Why has speed changed since when I timed myself a few weeks ago?

I am rethinking my opinion about competing with new player accounts. The account at level 651 seems doomed to fail. I only scored 93 blue per minute, which is way too low. At the same time the game is demanding too many boosters to be played so early on. I guess it's all part of King's greater plan to help newbies not to win but to spend money thinking they can win.

All four accounts are in second place in each of our 1st knockout rounds and there is no visible threat from anyone below. It seems far too easy. This round is easier than the first round. If you were a newbie you'd think you were doing well and in with a chance to win the money. Oops….

This happens a lot @dia_candy , the circular shifting around from the automated replies to the community and back again. It's not good service.

However with regards to your problem, I had this happen to me too about a week ago. In fact I thought it was great, because every time I gained new pins, such as from the chocolate box or episode race, I got the last few prizes again! I gained a lot of hand switches and a few UFOs due to this glitch and the pin sparks kept filling up as well, and those pin sparks boxes also give us more boosters. It sounds like you are getting free lollipops, which could be helpful.

Eventually in my game this stopped by itself and I moved on to the platinum pins collection a few days ago. I was quite sad the glitch was over. I was getting so many boosters for free, they were worth more than the gold would have been.
