Levels are not syncing across devices - Edited by CM: Issue FIXED!
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing problem.
🔔 Update (April 9):
The issue that was causing levels and progress not to sync correctly across devices after the recent level release has now been fixed.
However, some players who were already affected may still notice that their progress, levels, or events are not updating correctly.
What you can do:
First, restart your game and make sure you’re connected to the internet
Play and complete one new level, then return to the map
If you use multiple devices, open the game on your other device after that and check if your progress updates
Still not working?
If your progress is still out of sync after trying the steps above, please contact Player Support so they can take a closer look at your account:
Open the Game app and go to:
Settings (cogwheel) → Account & Help → Help Center → select any topic → scroll down → Contact Us

passei em todas em primeiro e com ponutuação bem a frente do segundo colocado. mas agora nessa 2° fase elimiatoria da final entrei uns 10 minutos depois que começou o torneio e ja estava em 15° e não consigo subir disso o que esta em primeiro esta com absurdos muitos pontos a frente….chateei, rs.
no proximo ano tento novamente, dai guardo todos os boster, premios e multiplicadores pra usar na final.
e voces como estão na rodada?

nope. final knockouts have no second chance. The second chances themselves are subject to pretty difficult conditions.

Oh my god. That's my fear. How many points do the leading players have? I haven't started this round yet and I don't know when it's most likely to be less competitive.

Which device are you play? Please, try restarting your device and make sure you have the latest game app version installed! If this keeps happening, please report this issue to our Player Support team as they are actively collecting reports like yours in order to be able to flag this to the developers.
You can reach them by opening the game app and go to:
Settings (⚙️) → Account & Help → Help Center and select your topic → scroll all the way down and select "Contact Us"
